Rainforest Alliance
The Rainforest Alliance is an international nonprofit group dedicated to the conservation of tropical forests for the benefit of the global community. Its mission is to develop and promote economically viable and socially desirable alternatives to the destruction of this endangered, biologically diverse natural resource. It pursues this mission through education, research in the social and natural sciences, and the establishment of cooperative partnerships with businesses, governments and local peoples.

Provides vast rainforest, forest and biodiversity conservation news & information; the mission of Forests.org is to contribute to ending deforestation, preserving old-growth forests, conserving all forests, maintaining climatic systems and commencing the age of ecological restoration.

World Wildlife Fund
WWF conserves nature on a global scale through creating and preserving protected areas, linking conservation and human needs, building capacity through education and training, protecting species, and reducing resource consumption and pollution.

Biosphere Expeditions takes real wildlife conservation expeditions to all corners of the Earth. Their projects are not tours, photographic safaris or excursions, but genuine wildlife expeditions placing ordinary people with no research experience alongside scientists who are at the forefront of conservation work.

Survival International is a worldwide organisation supporting tribal peoples. It stands for their right to decide their own future and helps them protect their lives, lands and human rights. It receives no government funding and is dependent on donations from the public.

Nouabalé-Ndoki National Park (NNNP)
Situated in the north of the Republic of Congo, the NNNP was created in 1993 by the Congolese government and WCS to conserve the forests of northern Congo. NNNP recently became one of the only National Parks in Africa to launch its own website, which includes information on all aspects of the Park, from research and conservation to the wildlife you can see there.
