TRC receives a high volume of email and letters, and unfortunately cannot answer them all. Most of your questions can be answered in our FAQ—please read that before contacting us. When contacting TRC, please make sure your questions or comments fit one of the criteria below:
1. Feedback/Technical Problems — We appreciate your constructive comments regarding technical and content related issues pertaining to TRC and it's web site, and to report any technical problems with this web site.
2. Project Visitations — If you are planning a trip to the rainforests and would like to visit our projects, we can provide you with detailed travel directions.
3. Large Donations — If you wish to donate to TRC under special circumstances not addressed on our Save-an-Acre page, contact us.
4. School Fundraising — Instructors: Tell us about a unique fundraising experience by your students that you feel deserves recognition. We will review it and consider it for placement on our web site for the world to see.
6. Business Fundraising — If you are interested in helping promote TRC or have had a unique fundraising experience by your company that you feel deserves recognition please read our Businesses FAQ and contact us.

The Tropical Rainforest Coalition welcomes feedback from our web audience. We must clarify that we cannot provide general rainforest information and facts for school papers and research projects. Please understand that we do not have the budget and staff dedicated to this—we maintain a low overhead so that we can maximize the benefit to our conservation projects around the globe. We do provide some minimal facts available on our Facts page and that includes a list of other resources if you need to seek out more detailed information. Our organization and web site focuses primarily on maintaining and reporting on our conservation projects, not on the dissemination of general rainforest facts and information. Please do not write requesting printed rainforest information and facts as we have none to send you—all the information we have available is posted solely on our web site and not available in print form (and we want to save trees!). We are making a continued effort to enhance our site with information relevant to rainforest conservation and the cause in general.
